Diana graduated from William Paterson University, Magna Cum Laude in 2006. While in college, Diana participated in the pre-law program and achieved the Distinguished Pre-Law Student Award for her academic achievements in the requisite courses. Diana worked full time throughout college in a law firm where she gained real estate legal experience. She then attended her first year of law school at New York Law School in New York, NY. After her first year of law school she was ranked in the top 2% of her class and then transferred to Rutgers University School of Law where she graduated in 2009, Cum Laude. During law school, Diana clerked at Gaccione, Pomaco & Malanga until graduation. She then joined the firm as an associate and was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 2009 and is licensed in the New Jersey District Court.

Diana has general experience in civil litigation, real estate, land use and education law. She also has training as a mediator. Diana's practice focuses primarily on civil litigation and personal injury.
