Attorney Profiles

Michael graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1983 and from Seton Hall University, School of Law in 1988. Michael has over seventeen years experience as an international corporate executive and he has experience in private law for seven years representing clients in complex real estate and corporate transactions. Michael has served as review counsel for banks and represented numerous institutional lenders. He is experienced in Planned Real Estate Development including preparing public offering documents for real estate condominium developments and extremely knowledgeable with environmental laws and regulations including NJDEP's ISRA, Spill Act (soils and ground water contamination), UST regulations and RAW's/MOA's and NFA's. Michael has also represented clients in estate administration, including all aspects of probate and preparation of New Jersey Inheritance Tax returns and Federal 706 tax returns.
 
Michael is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association's Banking Committee and Environmental Committee. He was formerly a member of the Bernardsville Planning Board (2003-2005), Somerset County Development Committee, and the Bernardsville's Environmental Committee and Shade Tree Committee (2002-2003).
