Aldo DiTrolio Esq.
Aldo graduated from Seton Hall University with Magna Cum Laude honors in 1991 and from Seton Hall University School of Law with Cum Laude honors in 1994. While in law school, he was the Director of the Seton Hall University School of Law Moot Court Board and a semi-finalist in both the Seton Hall Moot Court and Widener School of Law Corporate Moot Court Competitions. Aldo was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 1994. After graduating from law school, Aldo served as the Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Maurice J. Gallipoli, P.J.S.C., New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division, Hudson County, for the 1994-1995 Court Term. Thereafter, in 1995, Aldo joined Gaccione, Pomaco & Malanga as an Associate in its Litigation Department, focusing primarily in the areas of construction, commercial, personal injury and employment law. In 2001, Aldo was promoted to a Partner and Shareholder in the Firm.
Aldo provides legal counseling to and represents public and private sector owners, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in construction-related matters, including contract disputes, lien filings and enforcement and bond claims. In addition to his successful representation of many injured parties, Aldo has also served as the Firm's lead defense counsel in Title 59 personal injury lawsuits brought against public entities, such as the City of Garfield, Borough of Prospect Park, Borough of South Orange Village, Town of Secaucus and the Township of Nutley.
Aldo is a Member of the Essex County and New Jersey State Bar Associations, as well as the American Trial Lawyers Association. His practice areas include Plaintiff's Personal Injury and General Commercial Litigation, Construction Law, Insurance Defense Litigation and Employment Law.
