Frank Pomaco
Frank graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with Magna Cum Laude in (1968), and from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1971. Frank was a Comments Editor for Seton Hall Law Review. Frank was admitted to New Jersey Bar (1971). He served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Samuel J. Larner, A.J.S.C., New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division, Hudson County. Frank's experience on all sides of the law has made him a well-rounded attorney. He is a senior partner at Gaccione, Pomaco, & Malanga, a municipal judge in Fairfield and was once a Fairfield municipal prosecutor. Frank was also an acting judge in West Caldwell and Cedar Grove.
Frank specializes in education law. He is presently Chief Counsel for Nutley Board of Education, Caldwell-West Caldwell Board of Education and counsel to Fairfield Public Library Board.
Frank was formerly the attorney for the Township of Fairfield and Chief Counsel for North Caldwell Board of Education, Bloomfield Board of Education and West Orange Board of Education. Frank is a member of the Seton Hall Law School Alumni Association Council. His practice areas include Real Estate; Municipal Law; Trusts and Estate Law; Education Law.
